Medical Qi Gong is a movement-based cosmology rooted in Daoist practices that emphasize harmonizing with the seasons, connecting with Heaven and Earth energies, and balancing the Five Elements within the body. This practice integrates balance and standing postures, meditative movements, stretches, breathwork, and visualizations to cultivate overall well-being.
