Integrative Healing: Blending Ancient Wisdom with Modern Science

We integrate acupuncture, herbal medicine, and hands-on therapies with functional medicine testing, lab work, and supplement prescriptions to provide a comprehensive and evidence-based treatment plan. This ensures we’re addressing both the symptoms and the root cause of your pain.

Heart-Centered & Intuitive Care

At the core of our practice is a deep commitment to compassion, warmth, and genuine connection. Seth and I take the time to truly listen and understand your pain—not just as a physical condition, but as an experience that impacts your whole life. Expect a nurturing, judgment-free space where your healing is our priority.

Structured Treatment for Lasting Results

Healing doesn’t happen overnight. Instead of a “quick fix” approach, we design custom treatment plans that typically include weekly acupuncture sessions for 6-12 weeks. This allows for deep, cumulative healing, much like physical therapy for the nervous system.

Affordable & Accessible Care

We believe consistent care should be attainable for everyone, which is why we offer package discounts to help make regular treatments more affordable. Investing in your health shouldn’t be a financial burden, and we work to ensure that long-term relief is within reach.

Your Treatment Process

Our goal is to help you not only feel better now but stay better for the long haul. Whether you’ve been dealing with chronic pain for years or are recovering from an injury, our integrative, heart-centered approach is designed to bring you lasting relief and greater mobility.

Step 1

Initial Consultation & Assessment – We begin with a comprehensive discussion about your symptoms, medical history, and lifestyle. Functional medicine lab work may be recommended to uncover underlying imbalances.

Step 2

Personalized Treatment Plan – Based on the assessment, we design a holistic treatment plan incorporating acupuncture, herbal therapy, supplements, and lifestyle modifications.

Step 3

Regular Acupuncture Sessions – Weekly acupuncture treatments are recommended for 6-12 weeks to promote healing and achieve lasting relief. Similar to physical therapy, results improve with consistency and each treatment builds on the previous one.

Step 4

Supplemental Therapies – Cupping, Gua Sha, and other supportive techniques are incorporated as needed to enhance treatment results.

Step 5

Ongoing Adjustments & Support – We continually assess progress, adjusting your treatment plan to optimize results.

Step 6

Long-Term Wellness Strategies – After your primary treatment plan is completed, we offer maintenance care and self-care recommendations to support long-term relief and well-being.

 Your healing starts here.

Let’s create a plan that works for you.
