Experience soulful nervous system unwinding, self-regulation, and inner repair through a blend of simple, flowing movements, gentle breathwork, and guided self massage. Come tend your tender parts, release stuck places, and cultivate resilience through challenging times.

**Bring a yoga mat and be prepared to do standing postures, floor work and work with various tools for self-massage.
